A Note From Kristen Dixon...

"WE DID IT - IT'S OFFICIAL! It was a fast and smart decision to make going into 2021.
The Real Estate Market in Charleston is not for the weary. This is the most competitive market yet, of my career. I finished 2020 with a record year in personal sales. To maintain a work life balance, I realized that I needed help. I have two small boys, a few rental business' and my real estate career. On top of it all, finding personal time to do the things I love the most - surfing, sailing, boating and being with family.
I'm sure you received an update from Sarah in the beginning of the summer. We kept on track and I decided it would be within our best interests to team up! We share similar mindsets such as our passion for the ocean but mostly, work hard play HARDER.
We will continue to team up and partner through all of our real estate transactions. We have also carved out a unique network in the Charleston area - it's really funny how many circles we have connected since the beginning of the year. I know it's important to sell yourself as a realtor but I truly believe that if you stay dedicated, respected and loyal to your community - you can do big things.
Here's to the future! It's priceless to find someone that has your back.
